Women learning to play golf

Arrowtown Golf Club is thrilled to be a part of Golf New Zealand's She Loves Golf Women's Ambition initiative, which strives to provide enjoyable and social experiences for women of all ages, inspiring them to develop a love for golf. We've partnered with Kiss My Putt to ensure that women are welcomed, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive, beginning their golf journey in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We believe that every woman is valued, and we continue to support their golf journey by creating a comfortable atmosphere at our golf club. With Kiss My Putt (https://www.kissmyputt.co.nz/she-loves-golf), we've developed an exciting program, including our Learn2Play series, where small groups of up to 8 women are coached and mentored through weekly modules. Our program covers all aspects of the game, allowing participants to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to get out and play golf.

We've also developed a range of She Loves Golf experiences, beginning with our relaxed Wine Down Wednesdays Twilight Series, followed by a cheeky wine after! This series provides a space and time for women to build up their confidence playing golf at their own pace, progressing to playing more holes and meeting new friends. Additionally, we're planning mini ambrose tournaments, movie nights, and much more.
